i went to facial yesterday

Rico(my beautician) said,my face is getting better

*yes!if it recover,i'll not suffer for squeezing pimples...xD

but,still in a terrible conditions...

please do not eat so much fried food and CHILIES..

*but,they are my faveourite food la weh

Rico also suggest me to eat alot of fruits

*i hate FRUITS...~

now,i'm controlling myself not to eat too much fried food

and Chilies.. :'[

and I swear not to eat chilies...
